General Information:
Position Title: Branch Manager – Outreach
Reports to: Head of Admissions & Marketing
Location: Outreach Office – Information & Admission Office
Salary Range: 6-9 Lac + Performance Based Incentive.
Experience – 4 - 10 years
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for meeting intake enrollment goals for new students for the K.K. Modi University, Drive Admissions from Outreach Locations. Branch Manager – Outreach Office will be counted & responsible for admissions & applications of assigned territory, Make sure to steady flow of leads & Hire, Train N Manage team of admission officers & Team Leaders. He/She is responsible for completing appropriate follow-up to assure admissions representatives successfully meet quarterly and annual enrollment and start rate goals. Timely, provide feedback to Head of Admissions & Marketing, Closely work with ERP, Student Service & Admin Staff for smooth conduct of admission drive. Strengthens the national reputation of the university and promotes excellence in enrollment process, student service, advocacy, and growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day applications sales & admission drive.
- Manage, motivate, mentor – TL & Admission Officer
- Lead Management System.
- Daily reporting to Head Admissions & Marketing.
- Make sure to complete admissions & applications targets
- Daily Prepare Task Sheet.
- Strategic alliance with school, coaching , colleges & admission consultants.
- Collect data, develop, review, and regularly report on admissions status.
- Participate in education fair & conduct admissions related exercises.
- Conduct campus visits for prospective students, Drive & motivate schools for campus tours.
- Ensure lead information is accurately and timely input into the Campus Management System and that assigned admission representatives promptly act on all lead information.
- Handle, Day to Day Sales Performance, Equip team with relevant knowledge about industry.
- Handle Day To Day Operations & requirement of outreach office.
- Should have own transport to carry allocated official responsibilities
Skills Required: to be put in
Qualification and Experience:
- Minimum Qualification – UG from a UGC Recognized University
- At least three (2) years of increasingly responsible experience managing a sales or marketing effort, especially selling in education sector (mandatory), at University admission management will be a added advantage.
- Good general business knowledge.
- Able to thrive in a for-profit environment.
