General Information:
Position Title: Team Leader – Team Leader – Outreach Admissions
Reports to: Head of Admissions & Marketing
Location: Remote/Onsite
Salary Range: 5-8 Lac + Performance Based Incentive.
Experience – 3 – 6years 


   
Position Summary:  
This position is responsible for meeting intake enrollment goals for new students for the K.K. Modi University, Primary responsible to built untouched untapped territory make way for new applications & admissions, Reach out to potential places & built market for KK Modi University , Should be highly motivated to travel & reach out to new places, open to take challenges, Identify important & potential education fairs for participation, She/He should be comfortable with public speaking & ready to give class room presentations on own. Built strategic tie ups with schools, colleges, coaching's & education consultants. Make sure to regularly review data & daily make task sheet followed with day performance report. Timely, provide feedback to Head of Admissions, Closely work with ERP, Student Service & Admin Staff for smooth conduct of admission drive. Strengthens the national reputation of the university and promotes excellence in enrollment process, student service, advocacy, and growth


Duties and Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day applications sales & admission drive.

  • Built New Locations, Explore New Cities & Understand the need of business.
  • Lead Generation.
  • Bulit Healthy Relationship with School & College Stake Holders.
  • Conduct Outreach Exercises.
  • Open to TRAVEL.
  • Public Speaking, Deliver Class Room Presentations.
  • Lead Management System.
  • Daily reporting to Head Admissions & Marketing.
  • Make sure to complete admissions & applications targets
  • Daily Prepare Task Sheet.
  • Strategic alliance with school, coaching , colleges & admission consultants.
  • Ensure lead information is accurately and timely input into the Campus Management System and that assigned admission representatives promptly act on all lead information.
  • Handle day to day students & parents objections.
  • Should have own transport to carry allocated official responsibilities

Qualification and Experience:Minimum Qualification – UG from a UGC Recognized University

  • At least three (1-2) years of increasingly responsible experience managing a sales or marketing effort, especially selling in the education sector, at University admission management will be a added     advantage.
  • Good general business knowledge. 
  • Able to thrive in a for-profit environment.
